Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
  

To initiate a return, please email us at amyfoong@hotmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• If your refund is late or missing, please first check your bank or payment provider. If issues persist, contact us at amyfoong@hotmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at amyfoong@hotmail.com with:

• A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
